This privacy policy applies to Oto's Planet for Apple Vision Pro (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store. It describes how we handle — or, more precisely, do not handle — your personal information when you use the App.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data through the App.
The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information. It does not use analytics, advertising frameworks, crash-reporting tools, or tracking technologies of any kind. No data leaves your device through the App.
The App does not use cookies, pixels, device fingerprinting, or any other tracking mechanism.
The App does not integrate third-party SDKs, analytics services, or advertising networks. We do not share any information with third parties through the App because no information is collected.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may independently collect data related to your download and usage of apps in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy. We have no access to that data.
Because the App collects no personal information, it does not knowingly or unknowingly collect data from children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Québec's Law 25, and the GDPR's requirements regarding minors.
Under applicable privacy laws — including Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data.
Since we collect no personal data through the App, there is no data for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you believe this to be in error, or if you have any questions, contact us using the details below.
The App does not transmit data to any server, so no cross-border data transfer occurs. Regardless of where you download or use the App, no personal information is transferred to Canada or any other jurisdiction.
We may update this policy if the App's functionality changes. Any material changes will be reflected here with a revised effective date. If a future version of the App begins collecting data, we will update this policy accordingly and, where required by law, request your consent before doing so.
